20   uncooked medium prawns
12   small mussels
1     tbspn MCT Oil
1     large onion chopped
1     medium red pepper chopped
1     medium yellow pepper chopped
2     sticks celery
3     cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup tomato paste
1     tbspn chopped fresh oregano
2     tspns chopped fresh thyme
2     tspns ground hot paprika
1     tspn ground allspice
1     tspn crushed dried chillies
2     tspn Cajun seasoning
2     tbspn Worcestershire sauce
3     cups fish stock
2 x 425g cans tomatoes
2    tspns sugar
250g Okra
500g Scallops

Shell and de-vein prawns, leaving tails intact.  Scrub mussels, remove beards.  Heat Oil in large
pan, add onion, peppers, celery and garlic, cook, stirring, until onion is soft.  Add paste, herbs,
spices, chillies, seasoning, sauce, stock, undrained crushed tomatoes and sugar, simmer
uncovered, 20 minuets.  Add okra, simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.  Add all seafood to pan,
simmer, uncovered about 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
