2 tbspn MCT Oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 small red chillies, seeded and finely sliced
500g green prawns shelled and de veined (or 350g peeled prawns)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bunch chives, snipped

cook linguine in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente (just tender) Heat oil in a large frying
pan.  Sauté garlic and chillies for 1 minute.

Add prawns, peas and lemon juice to pan.  Cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until prawns
change colour and peas are tender

Stir in chives, pour prawn mixture onto hot linguine.  Toss to combine and serve.
