3-1/2 pounds Granny Smith apples -- peeled, cored, and sliced
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1-1/2 tbsn fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsn ground cinnamon

In a 3-1/2-quart electric slow cooker, toss together the apples, brown sugar, and
lemon juice.
Cover and cook on the high heat setting three hours or until the apples are very
tender. Mash up the apples with a potato masher. Stir in the cinnamon. Serve.
