1 Low Fat pizza base (ours is about 0.3g per 1/6 of pizza)
2 tablespoons MCT Custard
2 - 3 Ripe bananas
2 - 3 tablespoons passion fruit pulp

spread the pizza base with the MCT Custard, leaving a 2cm border.
Thinly slice the bananas diagonally and place on the custard.
Spoon over the passion fruit pulp.
Cook in a 230c (or 450f) oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
