50g Rump Steak – all visible fat and marblings removed
375g Saffron fettuccine
125g Rocket
150g Asparagus, blanched and sliced
3 tbspns sweet chili sauce
2 tbspns Soy Sauce
2 tbspns Mint leaves

Place a non stick fry pan over heat.  Add steak and cook for 1 – 2 minuets each side, remove
from pan and set aside.  Place saffron fettuccine in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for
10 minutes, drain.  Slice beef thinly and toss with fettuccine, rocket, asparagus, sweet chili
and mint.  Serve in deep pasta bowls.
