500g chicken breast fillets, slice all fat removed
3 birds eye chillies, seeded, sliced
1 clove garlic crushed
300g snow peas
1 large red capsicum, sliced
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tbsns sliced fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
Heat MCT Oiled Wok or large pan, stir fry chicken, in batches, until browned and tender. Stir
fry chill, garlic, snow peas and capsicum until vegetables are tender. Return chicken to wok
with remaining ingredients, stir fry until hot.
