(recipe is suitable to freeze)

2 tspns MCT Oil
1 small onion (80g) Chopped
300g Lean Veal or Beef Mince (You will need to make your own mince)
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbspn Plain flour
2 tspn Curry Powder
1 small chicken stock cube, crumbled
2 cups water
1 tbspn Tomato Paste
1 Large Granny Smith Apple sliced
1 small potato (75g) Sliced

Heat MCT Oil in a frying pan, add Onion, sir constantly over heat until onion is
lightly browned.  Add mince and garlic, stir over high heat until well browned.  Add
flour and curry powder, stir over heat 1 minute.  Add stock cube, water and
tomato paste, stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens.  Add apple
and potato, reduce heat, simmer, covered for 15 minutes  or until Potato is tender.

Serve with Rice
