Little Leakers
Maple and Cinnamon Biscuits
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tspns cinnamon
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 TBSPNS Maple syrup
1/2 cup MCT Oil
3/4 tspn Baking Powder
1 TBSPN Boiling Water
1 txpn vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon and add sugar.  In another bowl, whisk
together maple syrup, MCT Oil and water.  Pour this into dry ingredients and mix well to combine.  
Carefully roll into small balls and place on prepared trays.  Flatten with fingertips.  Bake for 8-10
minutes or until just firm.  Cool on wire racks.
