Chocolate Cake
110g plain flour
2 tspns baking powder
110g caster sugar
1/4 tspn salt
2 TBSPNS Water
2 TBSPNS Skim milk
30g cocoa powder
6 1/2 TBSPNS MCT Oil
2 egg whites
Grease an 8” (20cm) sandwich tin. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the water to the skim
milk and stir in the cocoa until dissolved. Mix in the oil and egg whites thoroughly then add to the
dry ingredients and stir well. Put into a prepared tin and cook 150C for 35-40 minutes. An icing
can be made by adding icing sugar and a flavoring vanilla essence to the MCT Margarine.
