250g Spaghetti cooked in boiling, salted water
Sauce
2 tbspn MCT Oil
1/2 cup chopped shallots
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
3 tbspn Tomato Paste
2 tspn Fresh Oregano leaves or 1 TSPN Dried Oregano
1 x 425can of Chunk Style Tuna in Spring Water
(Weigh Watchers brand seems to have the least amount of fat – 0.1g per 100g)
Heat MCT Oil in a heavy pan, add Shallots, garlic, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and
cook for 10 to 15 minutes until reduced. Drain tuna, add to sauce with herbs and stir well to
heat through. Serve over hot Spaghetti
(Rice & Corn Pasta seems to be quite low in fat)
