350g Pasta
1 tbspn MCT Oil
24 green prawns, shelled and de-veined
2 long red chillies, seeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbspn Lime juice
salt and cracked black pepper
1/4 cup roughly chopped flat leaf parsley

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet directions.  Drain
and set aside.  Meanwhile, heat oil in a non stick frying pan on medium high.  Cook prawns
for 3 minutes.  Add chillies and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, until prawns are
golden and cooked through. Combine lime juice, a little MCT Oikl, salt, pepper and parsley.  
Toss with prawn mixture and pasta.  Serve immediately.
