2 Medium mangoes (40g)
2 tspns sugar
1 tbspn water
2 tspns gelatin
2 tbspns water, extra
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
Blend or process mangoes until smooth. Combine sugar, water and mango puree in bowl.
Sprinkle gelatin over extra water, dissolve over hot water (or microwave on High for about 20
seconds) add to mango mixture. Whisk milk in a bowl until frothy and fold into mango mixture.
Pour into serving dishes, refrigerate until set.
