260g (1 cup) low fat natural yogurt
2 TBSPNS  drained capers, finely chopped
2 TBSPNS  chopped fresh continental parsley
2 TBSPNS  chopped fresh dill
1 TBSPN   whole grain mustard
1 tspn  finely grated lemon rind
1 TBSPN  fresh lemon juice.

Place the yogurt, capers, parsley, dill, mustard, lemon rind and lemon juice in a medium bowl
and stir until well combined.  Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until required.  
Serve with Prawns.
