1 cup milk-skim
1 tablespoon custard powder
4 tablespoons skim milk powder
1/2 - 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon MCT oil or 2 tablespoons Liquigen
Make a paste with the custard powder and 2 tablespoons milk, in a sauce pan.
A add all the remaining ingredients. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until mixture
boils and thickens.
If mixture appears curdled, whisk or blend. This recipe makes 2 - 3 servings.
